The World Internet Challenge - at WIS Singapore 2006
Well, I’m back home after a long day at the first day of the World Internet Summit Singapore 2006.
We had Jay Abraham up on stage talking about the bigger picture and how to make use of WIS to our benefit over the next 4 days.
Then, it was Newbie’s day, where Brett McFall talked about the Internet ABC’s, and Tom Hua showed how to make a webpage using Frontpage.
The really exciting part was at the end, as Johan Mok and Ewen Chia, our homegrown internet experts took on the World Internet Challenge and proceeded to try to make money live over the next 72 hours. We will be eagerly awaiting the results of this challenge.
What makes this challenge even more interesting, is that they are not going to go after any joint ventures, but are relying on a viral effect and their own list. The product they are going to be selling is a tele-seminar which they have not even created it. That seminar is happening on Nov 28 8pm EST.
